Clinicalink is an AI-powered medical transcription and documentation platform designed to help healthcare professionals create accurate clinical notes from audio recordings and conversations.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
Given the sensitive nature of medical information, we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure.
6. HIPAA Compliance
If you are a covered entity under HIPAA, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of Clinicalink complies with HIPAA requirements. We will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with qualifying healthcare organizations upon request.

You agree not to use Clinicalink to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate healthcare documentation
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Clinicalink platform, including all software, content, and materials, is the proprietary property of MedHue Labs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you input into our system, but you grant us a license to process and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
9. Payment Terms and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.
All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in our Refund Policy.
10. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service with reasonable notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDHUE LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF CLINICALINK.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Clinicalink is a documentation tool and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical judgment. Healthcare providers remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all generated content.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedHue Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Email notification to your registered address
- Prominent notice on our website
- In-app notification
- Updated "Last modified" date
Continued use of Clinicalink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
